Make no sense 7 times!?
Ended up working for me After a LOT of tries. Like, 10 or 15 times of putting them in the case, tapping, and taking them out again.
Can’t tap too slow or too fast, and it can’t be a random number of times it does have to be exactly seven
Is there meant to be a sound delay?

Hey one or my ear bud is litlery not properly working it is mot loud as the other one
Mine still aren’t connecting, I’ve tried this and it’s not working.
Gotta tap at a certain interval. Otherwise, it doesn’t work. I just paired 2 from two different cases. It took me a few tries though.
No this is stupid its still not working jlab so product sucks 0:33 and they dont show your colors

DO NOT BUY JLab headphones. I was a huge supporter of their products, but I’ve had several pairs and they ALL desync. Warranty support is decent, they’ll replace your headphones if you do this method, but it doesn’t matter because the replacement pair of headphones will start doing the same thing. I want to support the company, but the product has failed me three times personally.
Yes, I’ve tried this method and others. At best, they’re a temporary fix. In other cases, it simply does nothing.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE!
1. PUT BOTH BUDS BACK IN CHARGING CASE.
2. FORGET/UNPAIR JLAB GO AIR POP IN BLUETOOTH SETTINGS.
3. TURN OFF BLUETOOTH.
4. OPEN JLAB CHARGING CASE AND TAP EACH BUD X7 TIMES EACH WILL BLINK X4 TIMES.
IF NOT REMOVE THE BUD, THAT’S NOT BLINKING & REPEAT THE PROCESS ON THAT BUD.
5. TAKE THE BUDS OUT THE CHARGING CASE AND PAIR THEM IN BLUETOOTH SETTINGS.
6. FIN. 🙂👍

Mine stopped pairing at the same time only days after buying!! 😅 I ordered another pair but I’m not mad about it because now I will have two !! 😩
Tapping 7 times didn’t work, but i just alternated between them and spammed random amounts, took out first the one that wasn’t working and connected to my phone, then took put the other and it started working g
My right earbud won’t turn on or connect
My left earbud won’t turn off in the case and it’s all clean. I tried this and still the left ear not connect
didnt work never buying this brand again

I think the new iPhone update broke our headsets. Thats my best guess.

it worked for me
(edit) once both tapped it 7 times, as said in the vid remove one and remove right after the one u need to wait like 1 seconds to take the other earphone. (it worked for the first time)
Tap both earbuds at the same time while they are in the charging case. Then try to pair. It worked for me.

this didnt work for me, both blink blue and white once taken out of the case. they only want to pair individually.
